Delivery and Return Policy

  • We process orders in 1 to 2 working days after receiving payment. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • After processing is completed we will send you shipping details and a tracking number for your shipment.
  • If you are ordering from outside the USA- you may have to pay import customs & duties fees on your purchase. If so, please check the import regulations in your country before ordering.
  • BASMA IPTV IS NOT responsible for any taxes, customs & duties when you import any of our products to any country other than the US.
  • If you receive a damaged shipment we require you to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We also require you to send pictures of the damaged item once it has arrived. We will not consider any refunds or replacements if we are NOT made aware of damage within 24 hours.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service/product- you may return your BASMA IPTV Box to us within seven days of its delivery date. You will receive a full refund once the box is returned to us undamaged- in mint condition, with all accessories included within the original packaging. We will deduct any shipping cost we pay when we ship any of our products to any destination.
  • Customers will have to cover the return shipping costs.
  • Some returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee- depending on quality.
